At EverRise Sports, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please read our policy below for full details.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return any items within 30 days after receipt of your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unworn and in original condition.
All tags must be intact and still attached to the product.
The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable).
Please ensure that you meet these conditions before returning any product to avoid delays or refusal of your return.

2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at info@everrisesports.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a return authorization and provide you with instructions on how to send the product back to us.
Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original condition and packaging, ensuring that all tags are intact.
Ship the Product: Send the item back to us at the return address provided in the return authorization. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. If the return meets our policy criteria, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping charges unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
If the product is not returned in its original condition, or the tags are removed, the refund may be reduced or rejected.
4. Non-Returnable Items

6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item. If the return is accepted, we will refund you for the returned item.

7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the item is returned safely. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
